Unlike Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Battlefield 6 will cut ties with previous-generation consoles.
After posting the game’s first trailer, Electronic Arts also gave players the chance to add it to their wish lists. The platforms concerned are the PS5, Xbox Series, and of course PC, so it’s been confirmed that the PS4 and Xbox One won’t get this sixth installment.
Although it has not yet been confirmed, Battlefield 6 is expected to launch on October 10, 2025.
