Avery Woods Honors Friend Emilie Kiser’s Son Trigg In The Sweetest Way After Tragic Drowning Death

Emilie Kiser‘s friend Avery Woods has paid a very subtle but sweet tribute to Trigg Kiser.
As Perezcious readers know, Emilie’s 3-year-old son died on May 18, days after he was found unconscious in a backyard pool. Just truly heartbreaking. His family has stayed silent on the loss — aside from filing lawsuits in Arizona to try to keep the death records private. But over the weekend, those in Trigg’s life started to mourn him publicly, including Emilie’s brother and now her close friend.

On Monday, Avery shared a new “Get Ready With Me” video on TikTok. This marked her first post since the passing, and she acknowledged that in the caption, writing:
“Been awhile since I put makeup on so thought I’d get ready for our anniversary. missed you.”
While getting dolled up in the nearly minute-long clip, she stayed completely silent as Mazzy Star‘s song Fade into You played — but one necklace that she wore said it all. She wore a silver circular pendant that read “Trigg” with a small heart. Aw. So sweet — keeping him close to her heart. Watch (below):

We cannot imagine the pain all those in Trigg’s life must be feeling. No parent should ever lose a child this young — it’s so, so devastating. We’re sending them all love as they continue to process this heartbreak.
