Atlanta Man (King Randall) Does His Part – Teaches Teenage Girls Basic Car Maintenance | WATCH

*An Atlanta man is out to help teenage girls make a way out of no way when it comes to taking care of their respective vehicles.
Taking to social media, the man, identified as King Randall, relayed his motivation for teaching the young ladies basic car maintenance. For Randall, it’s just a means of filling a void in single-parent households.
According to Sandra Rose, many Black girls grow up without a father figure to teach them the basics, such as changing a tire or when to add oil to the engine.
All the more reason for Randall to help.
“‘When you gon’ do something for the girls?’ Randall asked in a caption he wrote under one in a series of videos he posted on X. “I pulled up and popped a hood! Taught basic car maintenance to teen girls at a girls’ empowerment academy in Atlanta. Flat tires and empty oil tanks do not care about gender. A smart woman knows how to move without waiting on nobody.”

Trolls: Those girls weren’t paying attention to the lessons.
Just because I didn’t ask them to respond didn’t mean they weren’t listening. They repeated just about everything I taught them!

Among the skills Randall taught the girls was how to change a tire as well as where to find the correct tire pressure for their particular car, and how to check when the oil is low.
Since posting his videos on June 28, the ATL resident has received positive feedback from folks who applaud him for offering useful guidance in helping them and their automotive needs.
What you taught them was invaluable & every young person- boys and girls – should have these lessons. I even learned something new!” wrote one user, who labeled Randall “a hero.”
