Arknights is celebrating its 5.5th anniversary with limited-time events and new operators

Arknights is kicking off its 5.5th Anniversary with a packed celebration titled Such is the Joy of Our Reunion, running until mid-August. This global event rolls out a new story campaign, limited-time rewards, four new Operators, and a slate of premium cosmetics, all in true Arknights fashion.
At the heart of this Arknights event is the Tianshi Bureau storyline, split across stages like Agricultural Plate, City Core, and Far Side of the Great River. Clearing stages and commissions earns you Sky Poles, which can be exchanged at the Shennong Market for materials, resources, and the free 5-star Operator Wanqing.
Among the highlights are Elite Materials, Headhunting Permits, LMD, and a full themed furniture set to decorate your base. In addition, the login bonus campaign runs until July 31st and grants a free 10-pull on the An Eternity Aflame banner. It’s a great way to try your luck pulling the new Operators headlined by the limited 6-star Yu.
He’s a tanky Defender who applies Burn and Arts damage while healing himself and reducing Elemental Injury. Alongside him is Blaze the Igniting Spark, a 6-star Caster with a damage-and-healing hybrid kit and a powerful revival mechanic that lets her rebound from near-death with a stun burst.
Meanwhile, two new 5-stars join the roster as well – Xingzhu, a support unit who grants Sanctuary and heals while dealing Arts damage, and Surfer, a Vanguard with fast redeploys and ranged attacks. Her special mechanic gives bonus DP when deployed solo, rewarding careful positioning.
