AOOSTAR has announced the XG76XT, an external graphics unit featuring an AMD RX 7600 XT card. The device is priced at $470. The XG76XT embeds an RX 7600 XT graphics card, with 32 RDNA3 computing units and 16 GB GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit bus.
Power consumption is limited to 150W. However, it offers superior performance to laptop versions such as the RX 7600M XT, capped at 120W. The device offers two interfaces, USB4 and OCulink, with PCIe 4.0 support. It can also power a laptop up to 100W via the same cable.
On the video output side, it features one HDMI 2.1 port, two DisplayPort 2.1 and one USB-C port with 15W power supply. It is aimed at users with mobile or modular configurations. It has no release date as of now.
