Well-known leaker Kopite7kimi has shared new information on the RTX 5080 SUPER. This graphics card is said to use the GB203-450 GPU with 10,752 CUDA cores, the same as the classic RTX 5080.
The main difference would concern memory: the RTX 5080 SUPER would feature 24 GB of GDDR7 at 32 GB/s, compared with the 16 GB at 28 GB/s for the RTX 5080. Bandwidth would thus theoretically exceed 1024 GB/s. This increase in performance also implies a rise in power consumption, estimated at over 400W, at least 40W more than the standard model.
It still has no release date, however.
