Here's some new leaks on Battlefield 6 battle royale and its mechanics

New data taken straight from Battlefield 6 files reveal details about the battle royale mode in development, including a narrative, a respawn system, and a side mode called Gauntlet.
The main mode will feature solo, duo, trio and squad play, with armor management and a shrinking play area. The remake of the Operation Firestorm map, set in Turkmenistan, will be integrated into the narrative universe, pitting NATO against Pax Armata. The scenario involves an attack by paramilitary groups on a base after an explosion. Players take on the role of a unit sent to secure the site.
New features include
- Oversight System: allows eliminated players to continue helping their team via drones, turrets or cameras.
- Priority Missions: objectives to be completed with rewards (vehicles, weapons)
- Field Upgrades: skills to unlock
- Initial respawn + respawn round, Fortnite-style
The game will also include a second mode, Gauntlet, with elimination objectives in each round.
