Just a few hours after showing its console to the world, Nintendo made the decision to delay the opening of pre-orders in the USA, a decision prompted by the new tariffs decreed by Donald Trump.
This decision will have repercussions for the USA’s neighbor, as Canada will not be opening pre-orders on April 9 either. The Canadian branch says it wants to "align with timing of preorders to be determined in the U.S.".
