Aaron Phypers, the husband of former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards, has officially filed for divorce.
Phypers cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, and in his filing, he says they have been separated since July 4.
The former couple began dating in June 2017 before tying the knot in Malibu on Sept. 8, 2018.
Phypers was previously married to Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan. Richards was also previously married to Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006, and they share daughters Sami and Lola.
Their pair starred in the Bravo reality series, which followed Denise Richards after they joined RHOBH’s ninth season, and was a main cast member for two seasons. She reappeared in Season 13 of the show.
“I was asked by Garcelle, ‘Hey, would you go to a dinner or lunch or something?’ And I said, ‘You know what? If you’re there, I’ll go and do it,”” she said on a 2023 episode of the Just B with Bethenny Frankel podcast.
Denise is currently the star of her own Peacock reality series, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.
