Get ready for a big hit of nostalgia.
Members of the band Big Time Rush, who portrayed themselves on the self-titled Nickelodeon sitcom, which aired for four seasons, from 2009 to 2013, is hitting the road in July to play every song from the series. Members Kendall Schmidt, Logan Henderson, James Maslow, and Carlos PenaVega announced Thursday that they would perform in more than 50 cities worldwide through the end of the year as part of the Big Time Rush in Real Life Worldwide tour.
Along with the band, actors Katelyn Tarver (Jo) and Stephen Kramer Glickman (Gustavo) will also appear at the concerts.
“We truly have the best fans in the world and when we sat down to plot this tour we wanted to give them everything they have always asked us for and dreamed of,” the band said in a statement. “That’s the reason we are so excited to be going on the road all over the world to play every song from every episode of the TV show. We know how many of our fans hold these songs close to their hearts having first heard so many of them watching our show.”

They continued, “We couldn’t be more excited to also be bringing our dear friends from the TV show Katelyn Tarver and Stephen Kramer Glickman who we have never gotten the chance to tour with before. We have so many surprises in store for our Rushers for the In Real Life Worldwide tour and can’t wait to see everyone on the road very soon!”
During the run of their show, the musicians dropped three studio albums, which all made the Billboard Top 200 chart, according to the outlet. Their biggest hits included “Boyfriend,” “Halfway There,” and Worldwide.”

They took a break after the show, but they got the band back together in 2020 for an anniversary, and they did it again after their show was added to Netflix in March 2021. Since then, they’ve toured together and released new music.
Their new tour begins in Birmingham, Ala., then travels as far as Gilford, N.H., and Philadelphia, Pa., before stopping in Austin and Los Angeles. After playing dozens of cities, they’re scheduled to take a break of about two-and-a-half months before performing 16 gigs in Europe. See all the dates on the band’s official website.
Want tickets? They’ll be available to everyone through the band’s website beginning Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. local time.
