Jackie Christie’s Daughter Speaks Out After Fight on ‘Basketball Wives’

*Chantel Christie has finally addressed the physical altercation with her mother, Jackie Christie, that recently aired on “Basketball Wives.”
In a candid Instagram Story posted July 23, the 32-year-old reality star explained what led to the explosive moment between the two.
“She touched my arm, I pushed her off of me, she swung. Plain and simple,” Chantel wrote. “It’s unfortunate things played out this way, and I wish it never happened, but if you knew our history, then you’d know this was a long time coming.”
As Us Magazine reports, the incident unfolded during a cast trip to Hawaii, which aired on the July 21 episode. As tensions built, Jackie, 53, invited her daughter to her hotel room for what was meant to be a peaceful conversation. Instead, it ended with both women getting physical, all captured by cameras.
Chantel didn’t shy away from addressing her behavior either. “I may not be proud of all my choices this season, but I’m also not ashamed,” she wrote. “This is my real life. And I doubt anyone judging me lives a perfect one.”
So y’all really think that Jackie slapping the piss outta her daughter Chantel was warranted?

Chantel responded to the online criticism by drawing a line between what viewers saw and what she’s lived through.
“I know what really happened on and off camera — all season long. So no — the internet cannot bully me into submission. Y’all know the TV character. I know the mother,” she said.
“Celebrating my darkest moments says more about you than it ever will about me,” Chantel added.
