Participants of the Killing Floor 3 technical test are required to sign a 5-year NDA

With only ten days to go before its launch, Killing Floor 3 is getting one last technical test this Sunday. Anyone can request access for a chance to play for four hours.
But to access this famous test, participants also had to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering a surprisingly long period: five years.
While we could understand the developer’s desire to prevent the release of gameplay prior to release, given that this will take place on July 24, a five-year NDA doesn’t make much sense. One person who tried to stream Killing Floor 3 on Twitch had his account suspended.
Tripwire Interactive has not yet commented on this NDA.
