NVIDIA may be working on two RTX 5070 SUPER models with up to 24 GB of VRAM

NVIDIA is said to be developing two variants of the RTX 5070 as part of the SUPER refresh of the RTX 50 range: the RTX 5070 SUPER and the RTX 5070 Ti SUPER.

According to Kopite7kimi, the RTX 5070 SUPER uses a GB205-400 GPU with 6400 CUDA cores, compared with 6144 for the base model. It would feature 18 GB of GDDR7 memory, in 3 GB modules, on a 192-bit memory bus. Bandwidth would remain at 672 GB/s, but TDP would rise to 275W (+25W).

The RTX 5070 Ti SUPER, meanwhile, would retain the 8960 CUDA cores of the classic Ti version, but would see its memory upgraded to 24 GB GDDR7, still at 28 Gbps, via a 256-bit bus. The TGP would reach 350W, 50W more than the current RTX 5070 Ti.
