Truck driver arrested after man killed in multi-vehicle collision at Cambrai, South Australia

A man has died and two others have been injured in a multi-vehicle collision on a rural road.

Two cars and a truck crashed on Ridley Rd in Cambrai, about 91km northeast of Adelaide, about 1.15pm on Sunday.

The 59-year-old male driver of one of the cars died at the scene.

The truck driver, a 33-year-old-man, and the driver of a Holden SUV, a 69-year-old-man, were both airlifted to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Following investigations by police, the truck driver was arrested and charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing harm by dangerous driving.

He was granted bail to appear in the Berri Magistrates Court in August and lost his licence.
